IF SO, THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS I HAVE ARE …….
- If the elected government is not following the Constitution and current valid laws, whose responsibility is it to force those federal agencies and its administration to FOLLOW OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC’S CURRENT LAWS? Furthermore, what choices do the legal citizens of this country have to rectify this?
- Military swear to uphold the laws of this country and the US President and his immediate appointed staff/etc. swear (on a bible) that they will uphold the Constitution and all the laws of the United States of America (So help me God).
- What does it take for the Supreme Court to realize that many current members of Congress are NOT FOLLOWING THE CONSTITUTION OR THE VALID LAWS OF THIS REPUBLIC AND FORCE THEM TO COMPLY?
- Can an elected official choose to use an alternative holy scripture of his/her choosing in place of a Christian King James Version Holy Bible?
- Now this is important: (To answer question 3 above); I have been reading a book called The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt by Edmund Morris dtd.1979 and on page 442 (the year was 1891) it is stated) “A Commission has been appointed by Justice O’Brien of the Supreme Court to inquire into the mental condition of Elliott Roosevelt”. It goes on with the reason which is regarding gradual impairment of his intellect for the last two years, his conversations were rambling and could not tell the same story consecutively. Elliot Roosevelt’s wife, Anna Hall Roosevelt agreed with her brother-law, Theodore Roosevelt, and gave her approval! Sound familiar? The bottom line is this, there is no reason or rule that stops any Supreme Court Justice from forming a Commission to look into any legal concerns on the any issue; and there are many documented illegal actions on video tape and state election law changes by state officials not authorized to make those changes, according to that state’s laws!
IS THE SUPREME COURT NOW INEFFECTIVE AND WHY?
Everybody must remember that those elected officials in any situation WORK FOR YOU, the citizens of the United States, a Constitutional Republic, NOT a democratic society government.
Remember The Pledge of Allegiance to our flag and what it states:
“I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND TO THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT STANDS, ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.”
There hasn’t been a legal change in many years, in this pledge, and yet much has changed in recent years because some people have decided they didn’t like the Pledge of Allegiance, so an elected person or individual decided to eliminate it.
I TAKE EXTREME EXCEPTION TO WHAT IS TAKING PLACE IN MY COUNTRY AS I SPENT 26 YEARS OF MY LIFE DEFENDING THE LEGAL CITIZENS AND THIS REPUBLIC, ALONG WITH MILLIONS OF OTHER SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN SINCE THE FOUNDING OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.
From what I have seen on Newsmax TV and what I have read regarding President Trump’s legal woes and the illegal crossing of non-citizens over our Southern border it is very apparent the legal system is not enforcing current stated laws but is now interpreting the law to what they think it means! (I have always said, “Ask another person and you will get another answer!”). What is happening now is “Who is the better lawyer”? It makes no difference what is morally right anymore. Watch the Judge on Trumps Civil Case (there is no individual loser of money, the bank is happy, the loan was paid off, etc.) and his boredom and laughing and not allowing Trump to defend himself. That Judge has let his personal political bias interfere with his decision. The case should have been thrown out of the court, as it had no merit! As far as the value of his property was stated is immaterial, the bank accepted that value! As a former Realtor, I have estimated values of unique properties and the bottom line is, value is what the buyer/mortgagee is willing to accept, not a judge nor an attorney general!
I personally have faced a similar court situation in a case where the defendant had all charges validated by arrests but when I spoke to an out of district lawyer and I told him where the trial was to be held, he told me he would never represent a client in that jurisdiction because of bias against an outsider.
To me that indicates complete bias to an outsider, which is prevalent throughout much of this country as seen on TV!
As I was growing up, many contracts were finalized through face-to-face discussions and a handshake, finalizing the contract. As time went by, finalizing contracts became more formal and were written by lawyers. In about 1970 the legal community, through state bar associations, began an effort to allow lawyers to advertise on radio and TV. I also saw a rise in the hourly cost of legal service. Interesting is the fact that our Congress, at my last check, had a total of 117 lawyers serving as Senators and Representatives. Continuing on with my vein of thought, it is now obvious there are two types of lawyers; those that defend criminals primarily and those that defend wrongly accused individuals. So it comes down to, in jury trials, many variables: whether the jury members are bias, the judges are fair in decisions, all evidence is allowed, the accused is allowed to be heard, and all evidence is given to the jury as they deliberate. But the biggest concern is who is the MOST BELIEVED LAWYER. I say this because, we as individuals are all different due to our genetic makeup and political beliefs, and we each respond to the same words, differently.
SO HERE WE ARE TODAY, 2/20/2026, WITH THE DECISION OF THE SUPREME COURT REGARDING TARIFFS LEGALITY, WAVERING ON BECOMING A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY! OUR LEGAL SYSTEM HAS FAILED US; THOSE LEGAL CITIZENS THAT FOLLOW THE LAWS AND MORAL VIEWS.
THIS YEAR’S (2026) MID-TERM ELECTIONS WILL TELL THE TALE OF BECOMING A STRONGER COUNTRY AGAIN OR MOVE CLOSER TO BECOMING A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY!
Remember what the Japanese Admiral Yamamoto said after he was told to return to Japan after the attack on Pearl Harbor (even though he wanted to continue on to the West coast of the USA) “I’m afraid we have awakened a sleeping giant)!
Now let’s see how the Judge in Hunter Biden’s trial with him being judged “guilty” of all 3 Federal felony charges, sets Biden’s sentence! Will it be along the guidelines set by law or will it be modified to suit the Liberal citizens of the USA and the then, Biden, current president? Well, we know that Biden gave his son, Hunter, a presidential pardon along with many other criminals just before his term ended. The question remains was it done with an autopen or did Biden actually sign it, himself. It has been proven that the autopen was used by Biden’s staff! It has been proven by handwriting experts!
Biden, as vice president, withheld funds until the Ukrainian President fired their Attorney General (AG)(who was looking into irregulates in Burisma’s operation) and got his son, Hunter, (a convicted US felon) appointed to the Burisma Energy gas/oil Board of Directors at $50,000 per month. He had no oil/gas experience whatsoever, except as a political contact with his father, Joe Biden! Later Biden laughed when on a video, as VP, that he withheld funds (did not have authority to do that as vice president) until the Ukrainian President fired his Attorney General.
There have been documented cases of fraud and illegal maneuvers in the 2020 elections in Democratic states that have not had charges brought against those individuals that committed the fraud. In addition, Democratic US Senators and Representatives have broken federal laws and have not suffered any repercussions whatsoever!
Two days, 2/20/2026, the Supreme Court voted against President Trump’s tariffs. I call on Veterans to contact your Federal Government with this message:
What good does it do for me, as a veteran, and millions of others who served in the military when our legal system and Federal Judges will not help to support what we fought for?
A FREE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC!
I encourage each of you to write your elected official in both the Federal and state Governments and tell them about your personal feelings regarding the direction you feel this country is going – remember every issue has 2 sides so ensure that you understand where we stand and the direction we are currently headed! President Trump is trying as well as he can but he needs YOUR help to succeed!
